Scientific seminar was held in Sheki RSC of ANAS on the Zoom platform within the framework of the action plan on "Nizami year"

On April 10, 2021, a scientific seminar was held at the Sheki RSC of ANAS on the Zoom platform within the framework of the action plan on "Nizami Year". Opening the seminar, Pakiza Aliyeva, head of "Folklore and crafts" department of Sheki RSC of ANAS, gave information about the work done in SRSC  in accordance with the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated January 5, 2021 and the relevant decision of the Presidium of ANAS. Scientific worker of "Historical Heritage and Ethnography" department, PhD on Philosophy Aladdin Sultanov made a report named "Religious motives in Nizami Ganjavi's poem" Seven beauties ". The speech, based on rich facts, was met with interest by the participants.

Afterwards, speeches on the report were heard and discussions were held.

Rahim Hasanov, head of “Historical Heritage and Ethnography“ department, and scientific worker, PhD on History Akif Mammadli,  and Pakiza Aliyeva, head of “Folklore and crafts” department, addressed the speaker with various questions. Speakers thanked for the interesting report. After that, the benefits of the continuous implementation of scientific seminars and other events in SRSC were expressed.
