A seminar was held by ANAS Sheki Regional Scientific Center about “Processing agro-ecological development model and innovative measures package for development of agrarian sector in the North-Western region of Azerbaijan” on February 22, 2019 in Oguz region. The seminar was opened by Oguz Executive Power Seyyad Abbas and wished success to its action.  

       In the seminar deputy director of ANAS SRSC, PhD on biology Farhad Azizov performed on the theme of “Development perspectives of sericulture in North-Western region of Azerbaijan”, head of “The selection of mulberry silkworm” department, PhD on biology, docent Gudret Bekirov “Agro technical rules in feeding a silkworm. Diseases of a silkworm and struggling measures against them”, scientific worker of “The selection of mulberry silkworm” department Agil Mustafayev “Role and importance of sericulture in region and country economics”, head of “Genefund and biodiversity” department Joshgun Memmedov “Agrotechnical rules for the cultivation of tracks brought from abroad”.

      Relevant proposals were registered at the seminar.
