The conference was attended by Rakhim Hasanov, Elshan Abdurakhmanov and Ulker Sarkarova, employees of the Department of Historical Heritage and Ethnography of the Sheki Regional Science Center of ANAS. R. Hasanov's article entitled "Settlement of Armenians in Shaki and Destruction Policy (Early XIX-XX centuries)" covers the history of Armenians in the Azerbaijani lands, including the Sheki Accident, and the genocide plans that have been committed against the local population in the early twentieth century were for the first time systematically researched and reported to the participants. E. Abdurahmanov, made a report entitled "Defensive Defense and Fortresses of Shaki" together with U.Sarkarova and addressed the defense constructions built in Sheki and surrounding villages from the early Middle Ages to the XVIII century, the importance of their fortification and burial, the defense fortifications, and comparative analysis of the monument of Azerbaijan to the attention of the participants.
