The main purposes of Mahir Hajiyev were to sign documents for co-operating between SRSC and Cattle-breeding Scientific Research Institute, and to meet newly built barn and mulberry garden of SRSC. In this meeting that held with the participation of the director of SRSC, PhD on physics Y.Shukurlu, and the head of the Selection of Mulberry Silkworm department, PhD on biology G.Bekirov, Mahir Hajiyev was acquainted with the decision number 14/10 of December 20, 2017 of the Presidium of ANAS and the decision about fulfilling the events of executing of ANAS on “State Program” for 2018-2025 years about “Azerbaijan Republic Silkworm Breeding and Sericulture development”. Mahir Hajiyev was informed about the main missions in front of ANAS, besides the other organizations in Events Plan on realizing the “State Program”. Hajiyev has also been informed that, Sheki Regional Scientific Center is the main executive organization on ANAS in the direction of straightening personnel potential and scientific maintenance in the field of Silkworm breeding and Sericulture. The supporter organizations are the Ministry of Agriculture of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies of the Azerbaijan Republic.

       There are the following tasks in front of ANAS SRSC in the execution of Event Plan:

       Creating new productive silkworm sorts and hybrids, application of learning new technologies and methods of advanced experience in the field of Silkworm breeding and Sericulture, organization of free consulting services to the farmers who act in the field of Silkworm breeding and Sericulture, extensive using of the opportunities of Information- Communication Technologies.

        It is noted in Events Plan that, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic will provide financial and other assistances in supporting Innovative projects to ANAS SRSC in the field of cocoon production and in the direction of straightening material technical base of the Selection of Mulberry Silkworm department.

        In the same meeting it was come to an agreement about joint action of ANAS SRSC and the Ministry of Agricultural Cattle-breeding Scientific Research Institute of the Azerbaijan Republic on these works.
