In 31.08.2017 it was celebrated the anniversary of R.Efendiyevʹs death with the organization of Sheki Islam College, Young Scientists and Specialists Council of SRSC, ANAS, Sheki brunch of State Committee on the work with Religious Organizations in Sheki, R.Efendiyevʹs house museum.  Head of the department on Sheki region of State Committee on the work with Religious Organizations Gunduz Pashayev noted the celebration of R.Efendiyevʹs Memorial Day as the value given by the Azerbaijan Republic to our national scientists. In the continuation of the event Sheki Region Confessor Kamran Efendi informed about the actions of R.Efendiyev in scientific, pedagogical and religious field, also about religious situation in his life period.

         The chairman of Young Scientists and Specialists Council of SRSC, ANAS Rahim Hesenov spoke about the contributions of outstanding pedagogue, writer, playwright R.Efendiyev to not only Sheki, but also Azerbaijan science, community. He noted about introducing R.Efendiyevʹs “Woman problem” play translating to Azerbaijan alphabet from the ancient one. At the end it was prayed to the outstanding thinker.
